Can You Bring An Epilator To Airport
I have heard from various sources some alarming information about the new Telecommunications Act currently under discussion, and I think this needs to be discussed at this forum and the views are diverse and really not clear that this new role is legal, that may well bring a new command and control from the government or from the public.
The truth is that many questions arise in relation to this reform so I tried to tell me before submitting this proposal and I've not found "on the Internet, the proposed law as the Minister of Telecommunications Socorro Hernandez is being discussed the web, I've only located a paper of Judge Luisa Estella Morales Lamuño 2007 with the purpose of obtaining the pronouncement of the Constitutional Court on the constitutionality of their organic status of that law
Really what information is abundant some references and excerpts from the law in their articles that I present below and address some issues:
"We telecommunications law enabling it to carry, but it prudent to take the National Assembly to be a bit of discussion by the community. The approach we do is first to integrate the functions of the ministry. There have not only telecommunications but also information technology and postal service. It is a law that gives us flat for the ministry to integrate what is the functions of this ministry, "the minister said.
held responsible According to the press, movement versions of the bill are "drafts".
"The versions that have circulated there (in press) are drafts, not final version, which we will announce to the whole population and especially the sector (media), for giving its opinion, "said the minister" . (Figures The report, 26/08/2008)
" The provision in the new Telecommunications Act, in short annihilates the right to communication and freedom of information by decision of the Venezuelan State if it threatened their interests and this implies, of sending a text message through television signals, radio, transport Data, Internet, to the general means of telecommunications and networking, and that the State has the power to even lie down, when deemed necessary, all voice communications, data, video and any other means that may be invented or inventing .
To this end, the new law, enacted immediately repeal in 2000 when it approved and displayed in the Official Gazette, is protected in Article 5 defines telecommunications as "any transmission, emission or reception of signs, signals, writings, images, sounds or intelligence of any nature by wire, radio, optical or other electromagnetic related, invented or invented "Tal Cual 20/08/2008
" With the strengthening of citizen participation through the Legislative Decree of telecommunications, information technology and postal services, the Government is on track to meet several of the targets set in the Plan of Economic and Social Development of the Nation (2007-2013), whose premises have been "self-development of individuals, communities and their organizations" through "democratic practices responsible and self-management. "
"The expansion of opportunities for citizen participation in the management public "and" the creation and strengthening of institutional mechanisms that favor the involvement of communities "are the objectives behind which seems to be the inclusion of Articles 60, 62, 63 and 65 of the standard.
While sections 59 and 64 as the legal framework in compliance with the guideline of "promoting education and social organization" and "strengthen the network of alternative media" found in the section called revolutionary protagonist Democracy Plan " ( The Universal)
one hand grateful to those participants in this forum to inform me where I can read the proposal, comp etc, of this Act to know in depth and meet the guidelines that govern it. I
also necessary that we address some issues that loom as these informative tips the following approaches: firstly explains the need to exercise greater control justified on national security, which means more power how to make compatible security state with civil liberties? What criteria will prevail, how can be compatible centralization of information flow in infrastructure in a network philosophy as those governing today's telecommunications processes? In terms of citizenship and participation raised the need for training becomes citizen not only to the technical use but for the critical appropriation of the tools to make these real spaces of creation - matter was discussed in this forum.

How To Do Tricks Like The Harlem Globetrotters

During a conversation with one of my postgraduate students remembered the 10/20/30 rule to think and design a good PPT, reading that years ago I recommended Ma Daniela Isabel Neuman and today I refreshed the link Artigas . Les
annex a translation with google.com, but it is best to read the English version of the author, Guy Kawasaki (note: slide = slides). ----------------
I suffer from something called Meniere's disease, do not worry, you can not get from reading my blog. Symptoms include loss of hearing in Ménière, tinnitus (a constant hum) and vertigo. There are many medical theories about its cause: too much salt, caffeine or alcohol in the diet, excessive stress and allergies. So, I have worked to limit control of all these factors.
However, I have another theory. As a venture capitalist, I have to listen to hundreds of entrepreneurs launch their businesses. Most of these fields are crap: sixty slides about a "patent pending", "the first mover advantage," all we have to do is get 1% of people in China to buy our product "startup. These plots are so bad that I'm losing my sight, there is a constant ringing in my ear, and occasionally the world begins to spin.
Before there is an epidemic of Ménière in the venture capital community, I am trying to evangelize the 10/20/30 Rule of PowerPoint. It is very simple: a PowerPoint presentation should have ten slides, last no more than twenty minutes , and contain no smaller type than thirty points. While I'm in the venture capital business, this rule is applicable to any presentation to reach agreement: for example, the concentration of capital, making a sale, forming a partnership, etc.
Ten is the optimal number of slides in a PowerPoint presentation because a normal human being can not comprehend more than ten concepts in a meeting, and venture capitalists are very normal. (The only difference between you and the venture capitalist is that getting paid to play with other people's money). If you need more than ten slides to explain your business, you probably do not have a business. The ten topics that a venture capitalist cares about are:
1.
Problem 2. His solution
3. The business model
4. Behind the magic and technology
5. Marketing and sales
6. Competition
7.
Team 8.
Projections and milestones 9. Status and timeline
10. Summary and call to action
You should give your ten slides in twenty minutes. Sure, you have an hour time slot, but you're using a Windows laptop, so it will take forty minutes to work with the projector. Even if setup goes perfectly, people will be late and have to leave early. In a perfect world, he sets the tone in twenty minutes, and is forty minutes left for discussion.
Most presentations I see have text in a ten-point font. As the text as possible is caught in the slide, and then the presenter reads it. However, as soon as the audience figures you are reading the text, read in front of you, and you can read faster than you can speak. The result is that you and the public are out of sync.
The reason people use a small font is twofold: first, they do not know their material well enough, secondly, think that more text is more convincing. Bozosity total. Forced to not use fonts smaller than thirty points. I guarantee you will make your presentations better because it requires are the most important and how explain well. If "thirty points" is too dogmatic, the I offer you an algorithm: find out how old the oldest person of your age and divide by two. That is the optimal font size.
So please observe the 10/20/30 Rule of PowerPoint. If nothing else, the next time someone in your audience complains of hearing loss, tinnitus or vertigo, you know what caused the problem. One last thing: to learn more about the zen of great presentations, check out a site called Presentation Zen by my buddy Garr Reynolds. ----------------

About the book: "Globalization indolent Latin America
via e-rgonomic: human web interaction [Cristóbal Cobo Romani] Cristobal Cobo on 23/06/2008
Costa Rica is the Latin American digital navel. What I saw during the days of my visit to this country, in which I was surprised with what I saw. Having met with the Commission
To contextualize the issue, it is important to mention programs to incorporate technology into the classroom in Costa Rica have been around for 20 years (1988!). This coupled with the arrival of two giants of the technology industry in Costa Rica, ie Intel Hewlett Packard (
The circle does not stop there, the people of MEP explains that today the demand for skilled labor is greater than the number of engineers, programmers and IT specialists who graduate from universities (!). As Friedman explains in
World is Flat,
call centers that provide technical support around the world in countries like India and Costa Rica are a great example of globalized services where the location is the least relevant issue. Aware of this situation, the MEP article (which is something we do not always get to see) a series of educational initiatives to address cross-cutting manner the demands of a market increasingly demanding and competitive around ICT.
people in meeting with Omar Dengo Foundation, I had the opportunity to experience a sort of Latin American FutureLab . This NGO is the "executive arm" in education and technology. One of the things that struck me is that the theme of "digital literacy" really take it seriously. Here the goal is not achieved simply that children know how to use Microsoft Office and Internet ("that's just part of office", say) but that efforts are focused on providing tools for children and teens to create their own devices . What does that mean? Children who learn to program (MicroWorlds) and to developments in robotics, among other things. Here is a brief description:
Micromundos : multimedia tool, aimed at children 6 to 12 years, which allows you to create projects incorporating movies, pictures, sounds, graphics, text and animation. Logo Uses language and allows students to learn by exploring and creating, developing creativity, problem-solving ability and critical thinking, among others. [+ Info ].
Robotics : Discipline that studies the design and construction of machines capable of performing repetitive tasks. It is the result of the combination of disciplines such as algebra, programmable controllers, state machines, mechanics, electronics and informatics. [+ Info ].
I returned quite surprised with what I've seen in Costa Rica. These stories make me think that even in the region are carrying out substantial progress, but as Gibson says, have not been distributed properly.
"The future is here. It's just Evenly Distributed Not yet. "[William Gibson, science-fiction writer].

" does not take much brains to join the group and always encourage you to recruit more 'friends'. Vouchers, he adds the number of 'friends' that you recruit. Not for nothing are the United States and Canada and the United Kingdom had the most subscribers, "casually keeping more troops occupying Iraq and Afghanistan. Facebook is a well-funded, behind him is a group of venture capitalists Silicon Valley, with a clearly defined ideology reflected in your site and hope to spread throughout the world. As PayPal before, it is a social experiment, an expression of a particular kind of neoconservative. In Facebook, you can be as free as you want if you do not mind bombarded with advertisements for the biggest brands in the world. As with PayPal, national boundaries are a thing of the past.
Although the project was originally designed by the star of the covers in the media Mark Zuckerberg, the real person behind Facebook is the venture capitalist and futurist philosopher of Silicon Valley, Peter Thiel.Sólo three members of the board of Facebook, and they are Thiel, Zuckerberg and a third investor called Jim Breyer from a venture capital firm called Accel Partners. Thiel invested $ 500,000 in Facebook when Harvard students Zuckerberg, Chris Hughes and Dustin Moskowitz went to see him in San Francisco in June 2004, shortly after launching the site. Thiel is said that now owns 7% of Facebook, which according to the present value of 15,000 million dollars, would be over 1,000 million. Thiel is widely regarded in Silicon Valley and the scene of the U.S. venture capital genius as a liberal, in the economic sense of the term. He is cofounder and president of virtual banking system PayPal, which sold to EBay 1,500 million dollars, personally pocketing 55 million. He also runs a hedge fund of 3,000 million dollars called Clarium Capital Management and a venture capital fund called Founders Fund. Bloomberg Markets magazine recently called him "one of the most successful managers of hedge funds in the country." He has made money betting on rising oil prices and by correctly predicting that the dollar would weaken. He and his fellow offensive wealth of Silica Valley have recently been rated "PayPal Mafia" by Fortune magazine, whose reporter also observed that Thiel has a uniformed attendant and a $ 500,000 McLaren supercar. But Thiel is more than a clever and avaricious capitalist. Is a futurist philosopher and neocon activist. Graduated in philosophy from Stanford, is co-author in 1998 of a book called "The Myth of Diversity", all detailed to attack liberalism and the multiculturalist ideology that dominated Stanford. He stated that the "multicultural" implied a reduction of individual freedoms. While a student at Stanford, Thiel founded a rightwing journal, still exists, called The Stanford Review. Is TheVanguard.Org also a member of a neoconservative pressure group that operates on the internet and was set up to attack MoveOn.org, a liberal pressure group that works on the network. Thiel is described as "very liberal" on economic expression of the term. TheVanguard is led by Rod D Martin, a philosopher-capitalist whom Thiel greatly admires. The following excerpt from their website will give an idea of \u200b\u200bhis worldview: "TheVanguard.Org is an online community of Americans who believe in conservative values, free markets and limited government as the best means to bring hope and growing opportunity for all, especially the poorest among us. Its aim is to promote policies that reshape the U.S. and the globe. "The Vanguard describe his policies as" Reaganite / Thatcherite ". The message from the president says: "Today we will teach MoveOn, Hillary and the leftist media some lessons they never imagined." Clearly, Facebook is another experiment supercapitalism: can earn money with friendship? Can you create communities free of national boundaries and then sell Coca-Cola? The third member of the board of Facebook is Jim Breyer. He is a partner of the venture capital firm Accel Partners, which invested $ 12.7 million for Facebook in April 2005. Also a member of the board of U.S. giants Wal-Mart, a distinguished record of worker abuse and Marvel Entertainment. He was also president of the National Venture (NVCA). This is the kind of people who cause many of the U.S. economic developments because they invest in new young talents, and people like Zuckerberg. The most recent capital of Facebook was run by a company called Greylock VentureCapital, which invested the sum of $ 27.5 million. One of the main partners of Greylock is called Cox, another former president of the NVCA, who is also on the board of In-Q-Tel. What is In-Q-Tel? Well, believe it or not (and check their website) is the venture capital wing of the CIA. After the 11-S, the community of intelligence is so excited about the possibilities of new technology and innovations being made in the private sector, which in 1999 established his own venture capital fund, In-Q -Tel, which "to identify and are associated with companies that develop technologies forefront of helping to deliver these solutions to the Central Intelligence Agency and the Intelligence Community (IC) U.S. to advance their missions. " The U.S. defense department and the CIA love technology because it facilitates espionage. "We must find new ways to deter new adversaries," said Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld in 2003. "We have to make the leap into the information age, which is the critical foundation of our transformation efforts," he added. The first president of In-Q-Tel was Gilman Louie, who served on the board of the NVCA with Breyer. Another character key equipment In-Q-Tel team is Anita K Jones, former director of research and design of defense for the U.S. defense department and - with Breyer - board member of BBN Technologies. When he left the U.S. Department of Defense, Senator Chuck Robb paid her the following tribute: "She and technology communities and the military operation to design detailed plans to sustain U.S. dominance on the battlefield in the next century. " Stars and Stripes However, while not accepting the idea that Facebook is a sort of extension of the imperialist agenda American crossed with a massive instrument of data collection, there is no way to deny that as a business, it is pure mega-genius. Some naive of the network have suggested that its valuation of 15,000 million dollars is excessive, but the journalist from The Guardian Tom Hodgkinson to be too modest. According to him its growth potential is virtually unlimited. "We want everyone to use Facebook," says the impersonal voice of Big Brother on the Web site It is Facebook's enormous potential that led Microsoft to buy 1.6% of 240 million dollars. A recent rumor says that Asian investor Lee Ka-Shing, who is said to be the ninth richest man in the world, has bought 0.4% of Facebook for $ 60 million. So that all this is what's behind the "spontaneous" Internet mobilization against the FARC and CIA money. The usual. Birthday Cake Ideas Runners

The regime of President Hosni Mubarak muted everything I could smell opposition in Egypt, but now faces a virtual Internet dissidents demanding democracy and freedom, especially in the social network Facebook.
The potential of the network were evident on 6 April when a general strike to protest rising food prices and against Mubarak management was convened for the first time through Facebook and the network Twitter communication.
Its author, Ahmed Maher Ibrahim, was also arrested and tortured by Egyptian security forces, according to a report at several web pages in which he has hung pictures of her with obvious signs of abuse. Neither
authorities themselves have assumed that the critical voices on the Internet are a threat to the regime, despite In Egypt, only 6 million people have access to the network less than ten percent of the population.
However, to control the hundreds of websites and blogs in which demand democratic changes and respect for human rights is a complicated task and many inside and outside the system who believe that this has only begun.

ACTION: number of syllables is the metric that has the verse. To measure verse must be taken into account: The law of the final accent and licensing metrics: sinalefa, Umlauts, syneresis and Hiatus.
sinalefa: is the union or connection of two syllables to form a single, combining the last syllable of a word and the first of the next, when that ends and it begins with a vowel, followed or not by an "h" (a mute).
sinalefa
diaeresis: This happens when we make two syllables of a diphthong or metric triphthong, is used to increase a syllable and thus achieve the correct measure of verse, the umlaut is indicated by the sign (¨) put on the vocal weak or weaker.

COPLA: poetic combination consists of four eight-syllable verses in which the first and the third is free and the second rhyming with the fourth.
Quartet: poetic expression that consists of four eight-syllable verses, which rhyme: the first with the third and second to the fourth:
The tenth is the poetic expression that the American people have grown more fervor has spread across the continent charging the musicality of each of the regions that make up our geography, so we can find, to name a few genres written in tenth:
The mizzen and the Panamanian Torrente, the Six Puerto Rican, El Guaguanco and Yambú of Cuba, The Tenth Mexicana, is also present in the Argentine milonga, El Socabon Peru, the Colombian tenths, etc.

E n Venezuela is present in almost all musical genres, we can name: the barn, and weeping point, the point room, the point Cruzao, redoblao point, the gaita East Falcon tenth, tenth gracitana, tenth Zulia, point of sailing, Lara tenth, tenth Yaracuyanos, also found in some passages and prairie blows in Caracas merengue, joropos tuyero. Notably, in Miranda the tenth no singing, reciting, and, in alternating cross wakes song to the tenths Fuli recited.
This genre has established itself thanks to its cadence and sound, this has facilitated the development of the creative talent of our popular poets.
The story of this excellent unit stanza no longer as interesting as herself, then we must go back to centuries past to understand why, this beautiful literary expression that delighted the kings, queens, clergy great poets and scholars of the past, today we are provided with all his wit and sweetness in the voice of popular poets. (Often illiterate).
First there was the verse of sixteen syllables but because of the monotony that they presented, and division occurs form the eight-syllable verses. This verse of eight syllables metric imposed on mid-fourteenth century.
is said there was already a line around the years octosyllable 1,300, just was not organized into stanzas, and later, the poets began to group these verses in stanzas more organized and thus create and quatrains quatrains that give rise to birth of the tenth.
A tenth also has called him "Spinel" for his invention attributed to Vicente Espinel, but studies conducted by professionals, they tell us the tenth Espinel existed before, was Lope de Vega, his book THE CIRCE (dating from 1624) who created the name of Spinel.
Professor José Peñin, in his "Tenth Canto AND POETS illiterate" tells us the story of Vicente Espinel, which says:
"was born in Ronda, English city of Salamanca, back in the fifteenth century and closed this university, returns to his hometown. The walking experience and contact with travelers, innkeepers, popular poets, acrobats and students gave him the vision of English life at the time, which reflects wonderfully in his work. "
I would not say whether or not Espinel was the creator of this poetic form, but if that was the one who popularized it.
, Luís. A. Dominguez, in his text: "Meet Our Folklore", the tenths can be classified by their form or content. Its content: They are divided into, the human tenths and tenths to the divine. By the way: they receive the following headings:
tenth book: versicación is that in your paragraphs or feet (as they are called in Venezuela) is present in free form, ie, the subject of each one of them is solved in ten lines independently. In addition, this type of tenth is not limited to four feet (paragraphs) as in the gloss, but you can create an unlimited number of these.

CHAINED TENTH: The particularity of this is that the verse These last days of the first tenth is repeated in the first of the second and so on.
I say that your feelings are
notes in a veil, which
cherubs from heaven or a chorus in the sky.
Your smile at a time when you draw
joy
wasting sympathy
doing
forget my sorrows in a calm night,
Fantasy Becomes
pain, also crying,
because when listening to your song with your cute
melody
days ago
becomes light and dark, old age is
youth in peace
hatred becomes,
movement in the inert
and calm anxiety.
TENTH IN POETRY OR GLOSA: For this tenth first constructed a quatrain, then the first tenth whose last line is the first quatrain, the second foot ends with the second verse of the quartet and well until the fourth.
lend your clarity,
to illuminate the steps
my beloved to be.
(Trovo oral tradition)
Night dark and silent that always accompanies me with his spray
bathes a scene naive.
Night that is nothing eternal
a black veil,
to which you go into heat
with lightning flash chip
most beautiful,
lucerito high heaven.
II
Night in which you do not look
becomes into madness,
of your sweetness
suffer by staying in a sigh.
Night in which I hope turning to look at your beauty
and in full darkness, as I love
and tell my star:
lend your clarity.
III
Night that you are confident
of my wishful thinking,
know my emotions and my feelings latent.
Let me have my head resting on his lap, as it was at that
sunset when she approached me.
I asked the sun does not
to illuminate the steps.
IV
Night you'll pleased,
night so pure and beautiful,
sweet, exquisite,
have always been in life. Today
let me ask you a desire nothing more,
the light of the immensity of stars
that you bathe,
to
always accompany my beloved to be.
