El V Foro Mundial de Conocimiento Libre se realizará en la ciudad de Puerto Ordaz, Estado Bolívar desde el día 19 hasta el día 23 de Noviembre del año 2007. El Hotel Intercontinental será el recinto que acogerá este evento y abrirá sus puertas desde las 8 de la mañana hasta las 7 de la noche.
El V Foro Mundial de Conocimiento Libre es un evento internacional, multitemático, open and inclusive communities organized in conjunction with researchers, practitioners and users, private companies and the Bolivarian Government.
