Television: The deadliest weapon of social control with the "pacifism" and "anti-violence."
repressive The new strategy has its functional matrix in the mass grading of a conscience and say "anti-violence" that is superimposed on any logic or legitimacy of social justice expressed by groups that cut roads and routes or go on strike to claim their rights (to eat and work), or by fighting for a greater distribution of wealth. It is a repression without guns, where military action is replaced by high-level media manipulation aimed at addressing passive social behavior towards the objectives of preserving the capitalist system.

system no longer suppressed militarily, but routed passive social behavior by remote control.

The essential condition for the operation

the capitalist state (in both Latin America and the rest of the world) boils down to three factors: economic stability, governance, politics and "social peace ".

These three conditions are essential for the "system" (the functional structure) of business and capitalist profitability operate without interference and does not alter the matrices of the property lines Private and concentration of wealth in few hands.

Where for any reason, alter any of these three factors, the system is in crisis, and must immediately generate alternatives to preserve their survival.

Today, the equation that summarizes the survival of capitalism (economic stability, governance, politics and "social peace") is clearly threatened by a "global crisis" summarized in three scenarios: Raise the oil, rise in food and financial meltdown in the U.S., which is projected as a process of inflation-recession countries worldwide from central to peripheral countries.

The result of this process, logical interaction threat to break the "economic stability", the "policy governance" and "social peace" through processes of protests and conflicts that arise in chains both in the poorest countries as the central cities of the developed capitalist countries.

The breakdown of "social peace", which could come to develop a global scale (with the consequent breakdown of the "stability economic "and" policy governance ") put the capitalist system to choose whether to suppress the conflicts and social unrest that begins to spread from Europe across the planet.

And this question key to the preservation of the system brings to the fore the role of media in the new enforcement strategies that change the military action by the psychological operations (media manipulation) as a new methodology of social and political control.

These strategies already have an experimental module in Latin America, where consortiums multimedia play a central role in addressing social and behavioral manipulation aimed at the preservation of the capitalist system they are part of as a business.

In the era of media control to repress the subject is no longer "communist subversive" but "social violence."

Del "subversive to the" violent "

In the seventies, in Argentina and throughout Latin America, where any of the capitalist survival variables (economic stability, governance, politics and "social peace") was broken, the factors of power and went to hit Washington military state to reset the system again.

Throughout the Cold War enemy that threatened the functioning of the capitalist system was the "communist threat" that threatened the company with the "disintegration and chaos."

Coups for change civilian governments by military governments to bear on the "Marxist subversion" and the methodology to restore "economic stability, political governance and" social peace "was armed repression to restore" order "by military means.

Three decades later, in the era of "free market" and "free trade", and the replacement of the National State of the State Law (management of transnational enclave) changed forms but not the contents, and the survival needs of the capitalist system remain the same.

The current pattern of domination and capitalist exploitation in Latin America, and not governed by the military doctrine of "national security" but by the doctrine of "democratic system" and therefore both actors of repression as "rioters" changed identity.

Today the whole society (in Argentina and the rest of Latin America) is no longer threatened by the danger of "subversive violence" but because of the danger of "violence social "expressed in strikes and protests by blocking roads and streets.

result, those who now break the order and "social peace" (strikes and social protests) are no longer the "terrorists" (against whom the blows were directed and military repression), but the "violent" who block highways, streets, and prevent the "free movement" of others.

As was the case yesterday "rebels", the characterization of "violent" is prefixed to the causation of the action of social and union struggles.

Just as during the military dictatorships demonized the "subversive" to discredit his proposed change of the capitalist system to a more just, who now go on strike and cut routes are the demonized as "violent" to discredit the social struggles for a better distribution of wealth.

In concrete terms (and disguised as public servants in the media), media consortiums engaged in the political and social control (in place of the military) are complementary auxiliary "Justice" (system) in the task of repression, and the subject to repress and not the "communist subversive" but "social violence."

Consequently, the task-repressive disciplining the media of "democratic system" (the new host of political and social control that followed the military) is geared to repress anyone who violates the "peace" calling for their rights (to eat or work) with strikes and demonstrations with roadblocks.

Unlike military armies, the army does not hurt or kill media repression, but socially isolated and demonized groups using methods of social control that undermines the "stability" (ie, profitability) of the capitalist system.

In strategic terms, the definition of "violent" is a derivative (in the field of social struggles) of the classification of "terrorist" used by Washington to justify its assumption of regional control the "counter-terrorist war."

And, the strategy of domination with elections, civil government and parliament, there is no Cold War or "subversive", now the task of repressing those who threaten the stability of the system is not with tanks and troops but with media manipulation and guidance of collective behavior.

The new repressive strategy

who carefully monitor the social and political map of Latin America will see that the use of police and military repression of the ( Today small and scarce) social and labor conflicts is minimal and it is used only in extreme cases.

And that has an explanation: Governments (both technically and functionally enclave managements of banks and corporations) do not move in a military scheme (the old system of domination), but within a democratic political framework ( the new system of domination).

Therefore, if tempted to punish the police, the media corporation society throws them against calling them "repressive and violent."

Governments make the mistake of military repression are immediately rejected by the mass society level in condemning "all forms of violence" beyond their content (this is exemplified by the Kirchner government's case discussed below).

No matter which route is cut a hungry or unemployed (in Latin America there are 200 million poor and destitute), public opinion is massively "indoctrinated" (for the media and their drivers) to reject (without any analysis of the causes) strikes and roadblocks that are "social violence."

In the same way as in the seventies, used the figure of "subversive" (as an expression of social demonization justifying military repression), now uses the figure of "social violence" to isolate, delegitimize and socially condemned the union and social struggles that threaten the "economic stability", the "governance" and "social" system.

In this way, and in light of the enormous growth of the business assets and personal wealth (with its counterpart of mass poverty and social exclusion) in Latin America is verified axiom that states that "peace is the dominant business."

and test the effectiveness of media techniques to control social protest and union with the repressive logic of the "anti-violence" prevail on the reasons for the claims.

In this scenario, the police and military forces have the main function: to deter rather than punish, to preserve its turn of events that can overwhelm and disrupt the "social" system.

is so the government decides to use force or military police, also immediately lost political legitimacy and social support, a task that handle their own media, whose mission is to preserve the "democratic system" (of capitalist domination) in the parameters from the "economic stability, the" policy governance "and" social peace ".

repressive The new strategy has its functional matrix in the mass grading of a conscience and say" anti-violence " superimposed on any logic or legitimacy of social justice expressed by the groups cutting roads, trails or go on strike to claim their rights or for greater distribution of wealth.

is a repression without guns, where military action is replaced by high-level media manipulation aimed at addressing passive social behavior towards the objectives of preserving the capitalist system.

That is the strategic role, the key role that the corporation meets the media (which replaces the corporation repressive military task of restoring "order") as new gendarme of indoctrination and political and social control in the era of Fourth Generation War, where military operations are replaced by psychological operations.

development and computer technology era of communications, the globalization of the message and the capacity to influence public opinion, turned the media psychological warfare operations in a major strategic weapon key political and social control.

manipulate, control, and make this individual-mass directed social potential for control purposes and socio-political domain is the key strategic objective of psychological warfare.

By manipulating and routing of conduct by the individual-psychological means dough becomes "soldier donor" of the plans of domination and social control imposed by transnational capitalism and the imperialist power regent.

is both victim and victimizer, psychological operations, as a cell becomes broadcaster both capitalist consumerism plans plans social control and repression manipulated without the use of arms.

repressive logic with the fear of "violent social movements isolates facing the system and demonizes its historical methods of struggle against the rest of society massively level resignation "peace."

Converting strikes and road blockades in subjects of scorn and condemnation majorities, the capitalist system can be preserved and and generate "Governability alternatives" without using their weapons against their enemies.

That is the explanation of why today in Latin America, with 200 million poor and destitute and with the highest unemployment rate in the world, the managers "democratic" capitalist state manages the almost the need for military repression.

The media and the new logic of repression in Latin America faces

The regime of President Hosni Mubarak muted everything I could smell opposition in Egypt, but now faces a virtual Internet dissidents demanding democracy and freedom, especially in the social network Facebook.

The potential of the network were evident on 6 April when a general strike to protest rising food prices and against Mubarak management was convened for the first time through Facebook and the network Twitter communication. Facebook group, "April 6, the day of rage", which called for a day of strike and peaceful protests, once had 70,000 members, which means that your message could reach 400,000 people. Their ideologue, Israa Abdel Fatah, was was arrested and held for more than two weeks without charges and another 500 people who participated in some form in the strike, many bloggers, according to the NGO Human Rights Watch (HRW).

Despite the repression, a few days later there was another group on Facebook that called a second general strike on 4 May, coinciding with the 80th birthday of Mubarak, who has been in power since 1981.

Its author, Ahmed Maher Ibrahim, was also arrested and tortured by Egyptian security forces, according to a report at several web pages in which he has hung pictures of her with obvious signs of abuse. Neither calls strike earned a large following but for the first time the new technologies and young people were the protagonists. "In Egypt there is no political activity of citizens and young people have sought a tool to express themselves and act beyond the traditional political parties," Efe said political analyst Diaa Rashwan.

Rashwan believes that the movement born in the Internet is more social than political, reflecting widespread discontent, but does not believe that could lead to changes in the short term, but will help awareness.

authorities themselves have assumed that the critical voices on the Internet are a threat to the regime, despite In Egypt, only 6 million people have access to the network less than ten percent of the population. control and repression in the network has intensified in the past two years, in an attempt to prevent known abroad the less pleasant side of Mubarak. Since 2006, Egypt is among the 15 countries that control the network in the world, according to Reporters Without Borders, and since that year the authorities have the power to block, censor or close web pages that violate "national security."

The best known case is that of blogger Abdel Karyme Nabil Soliman, sentenced in February 2007 to three years in prison for "Insulting the president" and another year for "inciting hatred of Islam."

However, to control the hundreds of websites and blogs in which demand democratic changes and respect for human rights is a complicated task and many inside and outside the system who believe that this has only begun. "The Internet is an essential tool to start changing things," said Tarek Shalaby, 23 year old web designer. "Through the network of people realize they are not alone, that there are others who share your opinion, and it is beginning to mobilize," said Shalaby, which corresponds to the profile of young Egyptians, class medium and high, with a university education, who are making the Internet a political weapon.

is this elite that has begun to express in the virtual space, clearly and in English, so nobody can say in Egypt in the street, making the Internet becomes the new target of the regime's security forces.
